Stock Market Love Rating

STOCK MARKET LOVE RATING

In the meantime I wanted to share what we told subscribers on Thursday giving the stock market our official Love Rating.

Here's what we said,

I love this market. I love the short term technicals and I love the fundamentals. Chaim's in love. That's I think my highest rating but I'm not sure. Sometimes I just make up new ratings. But generally a trader's love rating is pretty good.

Short term technicals, in this short term cycle has a ways to go higher. That CPI down day which I kinda' predicted washed away a lot of excess and threw people off. I also said a high CPI is actually bullish but would probably get taken bearish initially. And that's what happened and so it was that the follow on after was bullish.

We are in a bull market. Stocks jumpy on earnings are another sign for a bull market.

Yesterday there was a Fed speaker that stayed focused on..... CUTS. ARE YOU ABSOLUTELY JOKING?!

CPI skips past them and the Fed's necks just don't swivel that fast.... if you've been with me you know I constantly point out the Fed is late and then late and then late.

Here they just leaned to cut and lookie lookie, inflation prints start skipping past them higher. And what do they say next? Cut?!?!

They need first to move to stop saying cut and then they need to say neutral and then they need to say hike before they actually hike. That could take like six months before they actually think hike again. They are so locked into cut.

In that time prices are moving up and things that are prices move up when prices are moving up. Sounds simple, right? Stock market, oil, bitcoin are all prices and so inflation out of the cage and the Fed lazily still calling for cuts... folks... that lets prices run, all sorts of prices including our beloved asset prices.

This is such a nice "love" setup.
